She is survived by: her husband Jay Russell Phelps; her children, Reesa Kriser, Blair Phelps and Dason Phelps; her grandchildren, Sunshine Phelps, Rusty Phelps, Stella Mae Phelps and Raquelle Phelps; and her siblings, Todd (Donna), Drew (Debbie), Jace (Wendy), Grady (Charmine) and Paula Crosby (Rick). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and other extended family.
