He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Elizabeth (Robertson); his wife Leni Robertson (Ruch); his grandson Daulton Charles McManis; his great grandchildren, Olivia Rose McManis and Noah Mitchell McManis; and his sisters, Valerie Goehler (Robertson), Melanie Bloechl (Robertson) and Paula Davis (Robertson).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the American Kidney Foundation of Arizona.
