She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Miller and Margaret E. Miller (Campbell); her brother Richard Miller; her son-in-law James Frasard; and her stepdaughter Phyllis Farrare.
She is survived by: her husband Ray "Moe" Mercer; her daughters, Patti Guerin (Art) of Louisville and Margie Frasard (Deem) of Mesa, Arizona; her grandsons, Cody Guerin and Kyle Frasard; her sister Becky Miller of East Liverpool, Ohio; her nephews, Martin Malone (Jeanne) of Lisbon, Rick Miller (Lisa) of Wellsville and Scott Miller (Angela) of East Liverpool, Ohio; her niece Debbie Haddox (Butch) of East Liverpool; her sister-in-law Gerry Sue Miller; and her stepchildren, Ann Fought (Jeff) of Edinburg, Lynn Finch (Rick) of Salem, Phil Mercer (Alora) of Hastings and Ray'Allie' Mercer (Valerie) of Medford. She is also survived by many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
