It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Vannoy of Mesa, Arizona, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taft Vannoy and Leta Mae Murphy; and his siblings, Leota, Janie, Ronald, Allen, Michael, Joey, Billy and Jackie.

He is survived by: his children, Cinthia B. Pavich (Matt) and Norman Roy Vannoy Jr. (Bo); his grandchildren, Garron, Caleb, Jenay, Braydon, Rhen, Shakayla, Adina, Aryanna and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Greg, Cameron, Nathanial, Nicholas, Avery and Kasen; his siblings, Leroy Vannoy (Judy), Tom Vannoy (Barb) and Connie Green; his sister-in-law Jean Vannoy (Mike); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Brunson.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
