He was predeceased by: his brother Gregory Hayward. He is survived by: his parents, Otis Hayward and Anna Hayward; his wife Ashley Hayward; his daughters, Mercedes Salgado and Alize Hayward; his grandson August; his brother Joe (Nickole); his sibling's children, Devin, Terrell, Breezy, Angela, Genevie and Heaven; and his pets, Tex, Dallas and Waco.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a GoFund Me page for his grandson, August Salgado's, college education.
