He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Wolkow (Crawford) and Harold William Wolkow (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Susan Dunn Wolkow; his siblings, Janice Armstrong and David Wolkow; and his children, Tim Hakala (Gretchen), Wendy Austin (Randy), Eric Wolkow, Heidi Golding, Stephanie Rumfelt (Ron), Jack Hakala, Holly Galindo (David), Cristi Flinn (Sean), Sarah Guerrero (Preston), Paula Meddaugh (Bryan), Laura Baggiore (Kevin) and Carla Baird (Jon).
A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4125 W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village, AZ 85339). A burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mesa Cemetery (1212 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201).
