She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Willhite and John Willhite; and her husband Lee Allen Womack. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Allen Womack (Caroline) of Palatine, IL and Steven Allen Womack of Bakersfield, CA; her grandsons, Benjamin Spencer and Ryan Samuel; her brother Berkley John Willhite of Moline; and her sister-in-law Kathie Womack of Moline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friendship Manor in Rock Island, Illinois.
