He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Rayer; his son Phillip Michael Rayer II (Misty); his stepson Brad Swenson (Lucy); his grandchildren, Phillip Austin III, Amber Rayer and Charlie Swenson; his siblings, Phyllis Sebeniecher (Lance), Frank Rayer and Mary Jo Krance (John); and his sister-in-law Shirley Rayer.
