We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2020, at the age of 81, Phyllis Ciminski in Mesa, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Eugene Pitney and Alice Evelyn Morford; her husband Stan Ciminski; and her brother Floyd Pitney. She is survived by: her children, Gary Ciminski (Brenda), Dawn Chapman (Dale), Eric Ciminski (Stacia) and Lane Ciminski (Annette). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
