He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wiper and Violet Wiper (Norlin); his daughter Mary; and his brothers, Clyde Wiper and John Wiper.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Wockenfuss; his wife Joyce Hass; his children, Ann Gerber (Peter) of Studio City, CA, Robert Wiper (Angie) of Eden Prairie, MN, Chad Mahlum (Donna) of Willison, ND, Chara Anderson (Chris) of Lakeville, MN, Charisse Rawn (Devin) of Riverview, FL and Cameron Mahlum; and his grandchildren, Lila, Ruby Gerber, Lucia Wiper, Josh, Jordan Mahlum, Hannah, Olivia, Ben Anderson, Brookelyn, Vincent and Bailey Rawn.
