He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lafayette Kartchner (Lafe) and Alice Kartchner; his siblings, Felice, Roxie, Lucele and Rulon; his son Randy; his wife Shirley Reynolds Kartchner; and his children, Randel Emmett Kartchner, Kim Burton Kartchner, ShiRey Kartchner Carroll and RaShel Kartchner Ferrin.
