It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard K Parker (Mesa, Arizona), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Louise Parker and Henry Carroll Parker; and his sister Carolyn S. Parker. He is survived by: his children, Lisa V. Parker, Tracey L. Owens (Ray Owens), Jill A. Neufer, Sallye J. Kessler (Doug Kessler), Karen K. Keaton (George M. Keaton) and George G. Reavis.
