It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Vega Medina (Mesa, Arizona), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesus Medina and Maria Medina; and his granddaughter Sirena. He is survived by : his daughters, Susie Medina, Cindy Garcia (Chuck), Diane Munoz and Monika Curiale; his siblings, Andrew and Margie; and also, Kevin (Cricket), Chris (Debbie), Alexis, Megan, Kirstin, Wyatt, Colton and Jessie. He is also survived by his family and friends.

“One time Rat called and wanted to know if we had heard from donut of catfish or barndog.. the supervisor was confused and I explained rat was Joe Pena, donut was Dan Stewart and barndog was Barney Mullins.. Richard was known to many as catfish!. I'm sorry for your loss and I enjoyed working with CATFISH!!”
