He was predeceased by: his parents, Dell Chamberlain and Ellen Chamberlain; his brother Kim Chamberlain; his former wife Judy Smith; and his wife Neldia Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sheri Fagergren and Scott Chamberlain; his daughters, Brandie Freese, Kelly, Sheri, Robbi Jo, Summer, Misti and Mandi; and his pet Clyde. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends who were family to him, his companion.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery (7900 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207).
