He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Poulin and Joan Poulin. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Amy Mottern (Todd) and Jolene Bettencourt (Lance); his grandchildren, Megan Ruble (Gavin), Jake, Kate, Isaac, Julia and Silas; and his brothers, Dennis (Teri), Ronald (Janice), William (Abbey), James (Michelle) and Richard (Mia).
A reception will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lakeshore Mortuary (1815 S Dobson Rd, Mesa, AZ 85202).
