He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O'Neill and Veronica O'Neill (Leahy) of Patrick's Elementary School; and his sisters, Suellen and Maura Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Helen O'Neill (Parke); his children, Kathleen Burette, Kevin, Kerry Southworth, Daniel, MaryAnn and Timothy; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Dylan, Declan, Kennedy, Evelyn and Margaret; and his siblings, Ted, Patrick, Michaelene McCann and Elena Lovett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204). A rosary was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church (2654 E Williams Field Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295). A burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
