He was predeceased by: his father George Cunningham; his brother Bill Cunningham; and his son Kal Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Kimi Shackelford (Stephen) and Cody Cunningham; his grandchildren, Dax Shackelford and Liam Shackelford; the mother of his children Cyndi Cunningham; his mother JoAnn Cunningham (Frank Cianci); his brother Jim Cunningham (Dawn); and his aunt Sheila Pientka.
