He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Dougal and Dora P. Dougal (Colyer); and his brothers, Kenneth T. Dougal, Harry R. Dougal and Glenn E. Dougal.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carol Dougal (James); his children, Ronald Dougal Jr. and Patricia Smith (Tony); his grandchildren, Tony Smith Jr. (Nicole), Tatum Hoff (Cory), Makayla McCarthy (Michelle) and Aaron Dougal; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Audrey, Talea, Chloe, Dylan, Gavin and Caley; and his brother Howard Dougal (Denise) of Altoona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
