Roy Evans Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Evans (Apache Junction, Arizona), born in Cameron, Texas, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn his wife Vera, his daughters Brittany Evans (Houston, Texas), Royisha Evans (Oklahoma), and Tisha Grayson (Houston, Texas), sisters Christine Sterling (Austin, Texas) and Pricilla Tindle (Cameron, Texas), brother Rev. Charles Evans (Ben Arnold, Texas), and a host of family and friends including his nephews James Edmondson, Eric Price and niece Kesha Price with whom he shared a close personal relationship. Roy was proceeded in death by his parents Frank and Cillerstean Evans, brother Frank Evans Jr., and sisters (twin) Joy Alexander, Etta Evans, and Novellla Evans. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7th 2023 at 11:30 AM at the Civic Hall (120 W Ave E 76556).
