She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick English and Evelyn English; her husband Robert Dale Frazee; her former husband Ronald Brent Johnson; her daughter Trudy Utley; and her siblings, Fred English, Steven English and Susan Cahoon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Stevens, Jim, Paul and Richard English; her children, Tammy Johnson, Ryan Johnson (Jennifer) and Tina Thorpe; and her grandchildren, Brianne Denney (Justin), Taylor, Haili Mineer, Brent, Mike, Tye, Ashley Johnson, Hayden, Chase Pruiett, Hunter, Hudson and Hurley Thorpe. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
