She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Hackbart and Clara Hackbart; and her daughter LuAnn Shepp (James Cotton). She is survived by: her husband Frank Baez; her children, Kimberly McGarvey (Jim) and Jaime Cotton; her stepson Conrad Baez; her grandchildren, Kelly, Angela, Jimmy (Laura), T. J. (Kristina), Cyaleal, Cyalista, Cyalan, Aliyanna, Sebastian and Jaylin; her great grandchildren, Kolter, Krew, Emmerson, Isabella and Niccolai; and her siblings, Barbara Baumgardt (Arden), Patricia Muchl, Michael Hackbart (Linda) and Joel Hackbart.
