She is survived by: her daughter Jacquie Chapman; her grandson Steven Chapman; her siblings, Suzanne Lewis-Hernandez and Lawrence Lewis; her granddaughter Jessica Reyes; and her great grandchildren, Jenna Reyes and Hunter Reyes.
