Though Scott may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Scott touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Erika Maring; his brother-in-law Jim Maring; his sibling's children, Christopher Maring and Alexandra Maring; and his parent W. Scott Brubaker.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (2213 N Lindsay Rd, Mesa, AZ 85213). A vigil service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the same location. A rosary was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM at the same location. A requiem service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
