She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Maynard; her boyfriend Gus Munoz; her brother Craig Thompson; and her parents, Delores Tidd and James Thompson.
She is survived by: her brothers, Richard and Gilpin Thompson; her siblings' children, Melissa Holloway (Thompson), Taryn Luck (Thompson) and Dustin Thompson; and her pets, Chula, ChaCha and Nunya. She is also survived by the youngest of four siblings, with 3 older brothers.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made on Shanda's behalf to the Valley Humane Society of Casa Grande to help pets in need.
