She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Sturges and Thelma Sturges; her children, Stephanie Lee (Fischer) and Steven Michael Lenhart; her husband Robert Cmolik; and her brother Bill.

In lieu of flowers, Shirley asked that donations be made to the Hospice of the Valley.
