Though Steffan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Waters and Gertrude Maude Minns (Geldarski); his significant other Alma Lois Waters; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his half-brother Andre Geldarski; his daughter-in-law Karin; and his grandchildren, Judy, Edward (Aretta) and John (Holly). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
