With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Lee Sibell of Mesa, Arizona, born in Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cy Sibell and Willi Sibell; his wife Janet Rypkema; and his daughters, Janell Mattison, Stacy Ulmer and Tracy Gould.
