James of Mesa, Arizona, born in Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Radcliffe and Stephen Clayton James; his siblings, Maury James and Leslie (Brad Lay); and his nephews, Stephen Richard, Stuart (Victoria) and Ryan (Adriana).
