Steven Robert Ballard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Robert Ballard (Mesa, Arizona), born in Logan, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Steven shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Steven farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Hannah Jueschke. He is survived by: his father William Wallace Ballard; his wife Marta Jo Skousen; and his children, Lisa, Emily (Ryan Greene), Joanne (Jeff Terry), Andrea (Matt Pickett), Lindsey Hall (Jake Hall) and Jeff (Emily).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1266 S 32nd St, Mesa, AZ 85204). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the General Mission or Humanitarian Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Steve's honor.
