He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Matthew and Michelle Elizabeth (Jared); his wife Karla; his children, Jon and Kalla Paige (Jake); his granddaughter Hallie Grace; his stepgrandchildren, Addie, Aria and Emery; his sister-in-law Sandra; and his nephews, Josh (Amy) and James (Lea).
