He was predeceased by: his grandfather Rex Robison. He is survived by: his parents, Shelly McNeal and Joe McNeal Jr.; his sister Chloe McNeal; his grandparents, Carol Robison and Joe McNeal Sr.; his cousins, Miles, Rustin, Ryan, Chance, Kayla, Jessica, Jayden, Penelope and Tori; and his aunts and uncles, Christine, Angie, Robin, Julie, Russ, Rod, Mark and Neil.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Prescott House, a rehabilitation center that really helped Stoan in his fight to recovery against addiction.
