She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Schmidt (John), Mike Heil (Laura), Lisa Laidlaw (Terry) and Amy Baird; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Heil (Steve) and Melissa Heil (Andy); and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Jon, Chris, Ryan (Taylor), Ben (Kelly), Jacob (Madison), Matthew, Chelsea (Michael), Stephanie (Nick) and Lauren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (820 Bowen St, Dayton, OH 45410). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1625 Calvary Ave, Dayton, OH 45409).
In keeping with Susan's memory, donations may be made to New York Bully Crew or The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee.
