She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur P. Cook; her parents, Mahlon Zell Wyer and Lottie Bell Wyer of Findlay; and her siblings, Cleo Johnston, Alice Powell and William Wyer of Findlay Ohio.
She is survived by: her sister Evilo Kring of Findlay Ohio; her children, Tim (Linda) and Pauline of Tempe Arizona; and her grandchildren, Alan Cook (Emily), Caleb Cook (Coral) and Karen Petersen (Jon).
After Art was stricken with Alzheimer's her grandchildren often helped her with house and yardwork.
