She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary Pincomb; her brother Nathan; and her grandparents, Norbert and Carol Ledsworth. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Ledsworth and Terry Ledsworth; her brothers, Michael Jr., Taylor and Matthew; her nephews, Nathan and Grayson; and her niece Hailey. She is also survived by several Aunts Uncles and cousins.
Donations may be made in Tia's name to the Mesa Community of Christ Church.
