He was predeceased by: his son Todd Tanner Shell; his parents, Robert Shell (Bob) and Mary Shell; his siblings, Joseph Jolley and Tina Rux; his father-in-law Elbert Gardner (Al); and his brothers-in-law, Mike Rux and Felix Dees.
He is survived by: his wife Kelli Shell; his daughter Krystal Arnett; his son-in-law Jason Arnett; his grandchildren, Emeri Felis (Cole), Matix Arnett (Lola), Talan, Monroe and Phoebe; and his siblings, Beth Wann, Connie Dees, Jeff Jolley (Aletha) and Tyler Shell (Che).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (2549 N 32nd St, Mesa, AZ 85213). Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Patterson Ward (2549 N 32nd St, Mesa, AZ 85213). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mesa Cemetery (1212 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - Mesa (2549 N 32nd St, Mesa, AZ 85213).
