He is survived by: his parent Dallas Lee Charging; his children, Miya Charging and Luna Baymiller; his mother Lola Marie Whitetail Gilbert of Mesa, AZ; his grandmother Evelyn Charging of Lower Brule, SD; his siblings, Brianna Gilbert, Scott Charging, Ernest Charging of Mesa, AZ and Barbara Charging of Phoenix, AZ; his uncle Ray Martinez of Las Vegas, NV; his aunt Pauline Whitetail of Watanga, OK; and his siblings' children, Damien, Miya, Luna, Esmerelda, Cyril and Serena.
