She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Grant Cleverley and Marjorie Cleverley; her husband Melvin; her children, Shari Mansfield (Christopher), Melvin Russell Chapman (Claudette), Amy Campbell (Eric) and Rebecca Rodriquez (Ryan); and her siblings, Marcia Mais (Patrick), Rodney Cleverley (Nancy), Diane Prince (Fred), Steven Cleverley (Denise), Dawna Peterson (Wade), Annette West (Richard) and Marlene Hilton (Larry). She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 5 great- grandchildren, and many extended family.
