He is survived by: his wife Diane; his siblings, Dean, Bill, Becky and Leno; and his children, John McCook (Heather), Kathy Lloyd (Bill), Jim McCook (Cindy), Laura Allred (Evan), Jackie Latta (Mark) and Carrie Bennett (Jason). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
