He was predeceased by: his parents, George Havelka and Gertrude Havelka; and his siblings, George, Charmaine and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Havelka; his brother Kenneth Havelka; his daughter Vicki Liford; his stepdaughters, Barbara Swanson-Brehm (Stan), Susan Havelka, Julia Loftus (Mike) and Melissa Downey; his grandchildren, Joanne, Stephen, Vincent, Kayla, Taylor, Leah, Ryan, Sean, Luke and Kaelan; and his great grandchild Aiden. He is also survived by two nephews, a niece, and countless friends.
