He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Leslie Carter and Jane Elizabeth Carter; and his nephew David Peters Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Carter (Vivian), Michael Carter (Renee), Jerome Carter (Debra) and Leslie Brabandt (Bill). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and 30 great-nieces and great-nephews.
