Yolanda Wolk Obituary

Yolanda Wolk passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and the compassionate care of hospice.

Yolanda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Wolk Jr., and her father, Ronald Holbrook.

She is survived by her children, Whitney Wolk, Hailey Wolk, and Tristan Wolk; her mother, Margaret Holbrook; her sisters, Theresa Layton (Danny Layton) and Tina Holbrook; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who loved her dearly.

After suffering a traumatic brain injury twelve years ago, and the loss of her husband, Yolanda was lovingly cared for by family and extended family, including her sister-in-law, Cindy Rosenberg, and mother-in-law, Shirley Dodrill. The care and support of her entire family helped ensure she remained surrounded by love, comfort, and dignity throughout the years.

Yolanda had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh. She enjoyed watching Criminal Minds and never passed up the chance to enjoy one of her favorite meals—a Wendy's Baconator cheeseburger. Her warmth, humor, and spirit brought joy to those around her.

More than anything, Yolanda was deeply loved. Her family will remember her laughter, her strength, and the special place she held in their hearts. Though she will be greatly missed, the memories she leaves behind will continue to bring comfort and smiles to those who knew her.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the hospice team and all who provided compassionate care and support during Yolanda's final days.

Yolanda will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
