She is survived by : her daughters, Victoria and Isabel; and her siblings, Manuel Suastegui, Rafael Suastegui, Hector Suastegui, Cesar Suastegui, Maria Jesus Suastegui and Ana Obdulia Briseno. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Nogales (891 W Mariposa Rd, Nogales, AZ 85621). A Mass was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (272 N Rodriguez St, Nogales, AZ 85621).
