He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton Johnson and Lois Johnson; and his siblings, Bonnie, Harlan and Ted.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary Johnson; his children, Jennifer Mathes (Steve), Jane Smith (Brad), Terry O'Neal (Tammy) and Tim O'Neal; and his siblings, Judy Hayes (Ricky), Sue Upchurch, Dixie Johnson (Joann), Autry Johnson and Larry Donald Johnson (Gyleen). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
