He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Francis Whitby and Hilda Stevens Whitby; and his brother Harold Whitby. He is survived by: his wife Marylou Whitby; his children, Michael Bennett Whitby (Laura L.) and Laura Whitby-Pavan (Nico); his grandchildren, Shaun, Andrew, Stephanie, Ryan, Dino, Austin and Branson; and his great grandchildren, William, Ava, Siena and Poppy.
