He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Eaton and Clyde Van Eaton; his son Dr. Jim Van Eaton; his grandson Adam Van Eaton; and his sisters, Marilyn Witting and Betty Schnelz.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Cliff (Bonnie) of New Zealand and Peggy Seymour (Mark) of Hawaii; his daughter-in-law Barbara Van Eaton of Michigan; his grandchildren, Kaitlin of Utah and Alexis of California; and his sisters, Mary Flowers of Virginia and Pat Scott of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Resurrection Lutheran Church (11575 N 1st Ave, Oro Valley, AZ 85737).
