He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughter Katie Rose; his son-in-law Dave; his granddaughters, Mila and Charlotte "Chaos" Costigan; and his siblings, Jim (Lyn), Pat Vaughan and Aggie Monahan (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
