She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Claxton Achramowicz and John Achramowicz Sr.; her siblings, John Achramowicz Jr. and Helen Achramowicz Burns; her husband James Welsh (Jim); and her son Larry Welsh.
She is survived by: her daughter Nora Dow Encinas; her stepson Michael Welsh; her children, Judy, Edward Welsh, Crystal Welsh, Jessica Welsh Marshall and James Welsh (Jamie); and her sister Susan Messenger.
