It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Lucille (Bishop) Scott-Armstrong (Oro Valley, Arizona), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Elmore and Matilda Martha Bishop; and her former husband Dalton "Pete" Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Dean Scott; her children, Thomas (Karen), Kathryn, Teresa (Rich), Patricia and Charles (Vicki); and her stepchildren, Dalton, Phyllis and Vicky. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Prior to COVID, Wanda was active in the 50's Club of St Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, where she met Bob Huckelberry.
Mom succumbed to Parkinson's Disease.
