She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Doerfer; her children, Mary Jo Chmielewski (Gary), Robert Doerfer and Jean Depoorter (Barry); her grandchildren, Kelly Milewski (Chris), Robert Chmielewski (David), Tim Chmielewski, Sarah Chmielewski, Alex Dirck (Kyle), Elizabeth Depoorter (Robert), Kayla Depoorter (Nathaniel) and Erica Depoorter; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Daniel, James Milewski, Ianto, Illiana Depoorter, Evea Parker, Leilani Chmielewski, Elias, Isaiah Zinke, Tilly and Arlo Dirck; and her sister Bonnie Jaeger.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Activity Center of Sun City (1495 E Rancho Vistoso Blvd, Oro Valley, AZ 85755).
In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to offer support, donations are being accepted to assist Joe Doerfer as he navigates this time of transition.
