He was predeceased by: his son James; and his siblings, William Day, Irene Ellis (Day) and Daniel Day. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Day; his children, Diana Day Foskett (Dan Foskett), John Frederick Day II (Tasa Day), Mark Edward Day (Erin Colleen Day) and Carolanne Day McCaskill (Randy McCaskill); his grandchildren, Holly Rasner, Brennan, Sean, Ryan Day, Jack and Brady McCaskill; his stepgrandson Ryan Foskett; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Bennett (Day), Diana Coccoluto (Day) and Robert Day. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a great many friends.
